He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J Fox II and Willa Fox (Warneford); his daughter Jennifer Fox; his brother Gould Fox; and his father-in-law Bill Stum.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fox (Blessing); his children, Desiree Tilford (Dennis), Tom Fox (Heather) and John Fox; his sister Gayla Beck (Ray); his granddaughters, Bailey Tilford and Tamsin Tilford; and his friend Jerry H. Goehring.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jennifer C. Fox scholarship fund at the South Madison Community Foundation, 233 S. Main St., Pendleton IN 46064.
