He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Chezem (Schmit); his parents, Raymond Chezem and Margaret Chezem; his daughter Monica Morse; and his brothers, Raymond Chezem and Roger Chezem.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Scally (Sean), Mike Chezem (Darla), Patty Kennelly (Michael) and Tom Chezem (Deanna); his grandchildren, Patrick, Sean Jr., Maggie, Ellyn, Mary and Gabe; his sister Jo Ann Chezem of Anderson; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Chezem of Anderson and Elaine Chezem of Terre Haute. He is also survived by extended family members of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other brother and sister-in-laws.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Boy Scout Troop 301, or the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
