Murphy of Pendleton, Indiana, born in Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Baltimore and Ruby Baltimore (Richards); her husband Harold Murphy; her siblings, James Baltimore and Barbara Whiteley; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Whiteley and Jon Alford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jerri Rich (Scott) of Anderson and Helen Shirley of Fishers; her grandchildren, Josh Cortrecht, Chante Rich, Ashley Huse and Chelsea Deitch; her great grandchildren, Keegan Cortrecht, Kyle Cortrecht, Kain Cortrecht, Kaleb Cortrecht, Khloe Cortrecht, Keelin Watson, Kennedi Lee, Kamryn Lee, Eian Huse, Eyllah Huse, Ellie Sanborn, Everett Deitch and Atlas Deitch; her sister Sandy Alford of Pendleton; and her sister-in-law Elke Baltimore of Pendleton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
