He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy D. Sr and Uretta Chancellor, Sr. (Reed); his wife Hilda M. Chancellor (Michael); his stepson Charles Kuhns; and his sister Luetta Dotson.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Wolfgang (Richard) of Pendleton; and his stepsons, John Kuhns (Elizabeth) of Arvada and Rick Kuhns (Janeal) of Pendleton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and a great great grandson.
