It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Michael Hofer (Pendleton, Indiana), born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on January 22, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndon Hofer and Katherine Emma Hofer (Murray); and his brothers, John and Kenny Hofer. He is survived by: his wife Miriam E. Hofer (Wisehart); his sons, Michael C. Hofer (Beth) and Christopher L. Schnepp (Kellie); his grandchildren, Max, Abby, Kix, Bradley (Melissa), Brent (Jenni) and Brandon (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Riley, Harper, Laine and Olivia; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Tullis (Ken) and Mary Hofer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Madison County Humane Society.
