He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ruff and Jean Ruff (Cassleman); and his brother Charles Ruff. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Schott (Steve) of Pendleton, Ginny Shelton (Joseph) of Pendleton and Kathy Poole (Trent) of Pendleton; his grandchildren, Cassidy Knowling, Vanessa King, Brianna King, Mavrik Poole, Chaston Gardner, Bekah Snyder, Kai Shelton and Nick Shelton; and his cousins, Jane Graham (Mike) of Bedford and Susie Stewart (Wayne) of Union City.
Due to current COVID-19 mandates, all guests are required to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
