He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Dunham and Eloise Dunham (Givens); and his son Daniel Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Diana Masters; his children, Connie Etchison and Kevin Dunham; his grandson Mathew Etchison (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Lucas and Aubrey Etchison; and his sisters, Iris Parker and Betty Eiler (Wilbur). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
