He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene V. and Lois Glaze; his brothers-in-law, Jack Robert Brown and Kenny Brown; and also, Jack Brown and Dorothy Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Glaze; his son Jason Glaze of Eric Glaze; his grandchildren, Ethan Glaze, Rebecca Glaze, Abrie Glaze and Aelyn Glaze; his brother Bill Glaze (Barb); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Brown and Mona Brown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
