He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Mollenkopf and June Mollenkopf (Shepherd); his aunt Rosemary Hayse; and his great grandchild Cayden Newman. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Mollenkopf (Shaw); his children, Paula Elmore (Dan), Ryan Mollenkopf (Stephanie) and Amanda Sharp; his grandchildren, Michaela, Nicholas Elmore, Madelynn Sharp, Ryder, Jackson and Mackenzie Mollenkopf; his great grandchild Kinzley Newman; and his siblings, Jimmie Mollenkopf (Teresa), Ricky Mollenkopf (Brenda) and Peggy Packard.
