He was predeceased by: his wife Penny Sue Ice Shriner (Propps); his parents, Rose B. Shriner (Wanken) and Harold Leroy Shriner, Sr.; and his siblings, Mike Shriner and Lisa.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Shriner, Vickie Creger and Jerry Shriner; and his children, Jim Ice, Jennifer Ellis, Leann Politan, Tara Ice and Sherry Allen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
