She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald C. and Esther Nickel (Rainy); and also Robert F. "Bob" Helms. She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn Kuhns of Anderson; and her stepdaughter Bonnie K. O'Neill of Anderson. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren;and several nieces and nephews.
