He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Rachel Lakes; and his brother Vearl Patrick Hexamer. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hexamer (McGill) of Pendleton; his daughter Dana Lakes of Pendleton; his son-in-law Michael Lakes of Pendleton; his son Jay Hexamer of Alpharetta; his daughter-in-law Marta Hexamer of Alpharetta; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Andy Meyer) of Fishers, Benjamin Hexamer of Alpharetta and Eleanor Hexamer of Alpharetta; and his siblings, Evelyn Brown (Harvey), Sandra Huntzinger (Jack) and Tim Hexamer (Denise). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
