He is survived by: his parents, Bobbie Maxwell and Betty Maxwell (Huse); his wife Daphne Maxwell (Pugh) of Pendleton; his children, Tara Maxwell of Pendleton and Levi Maxwell of Pendleton; his grandchildren, Tracy Price, Tonna Price and Oliver Maxwell; and his sisters, Cindy Helms (Danny) of Lapel, Susan Maxwell (Mark Graham) of Anderson and Brenda Day (Tony) of Zionsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
