She was predeceased by: her husband James D. DeShon; her daughter Joyce L. Jones; her son-in-law Greg Jones; and her parents, Edgar Harvey and Florence Harvey (Brown).
She is survived by: her son James G. DeShon (Dee Ann). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
