He is survived by: his children, Jill Wolverton (Randy) of Pendleton, James "Jim" Phillips (Amy) of Florida, Joy Offutt (Bill) of Lawrenceburg, Jan Henderson (Van) of South Bend, Joe Phillips of Apex, Jodi and Kenny Steele of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tyler, Brian (Delilah), Kylie Wolverton, Zach (Haley), Jake Phillips, Brianna (Jake), Jodi (Jay), Ryleigh, Kelsey Offutt, Jordan, Jaden Henderson and Kenny Steele IV; and his great grandchild Julia Carrol Mary Kisor.
