She was predeceased by: her father George Curtis; and her grandparents, Howard, Mabel Roth, John and Jane Curtis.
She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Roth; her children, Thomas Turney (Skylar), John Devine (Kenleigh), Amber Daniels (Harley), Jessica Daniels and James Barnes; her grandchildren, Za'quora, Aria-Lynn Wheatley and Ryker Devine; and her siblings, Amy Wright (Delbert), J. T. Shaw, Jason Shaw and Joe Shaw.
