He is survived by: his children, Hyder Baldwin (Gary), Joe Jeffreys Merryman III, Christopher Merryman (Meredith Garrett) and Michelle Frankie Rose Merryman; his grandson Rylan Garrett; his sister Kimberly M. Bullington (Garland); his nephew Trent Bullington; and his close friend Rebecca Wickersham.
