He is survived by: his children, Lesli McKinley (Troy) of Pendleton, Lori Radcliff (Mark) of Pendleton, Michael DeHeer of Indianapolis and Amy Cessna of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Aubree Dwiggins, Nick and Chase Radcliff; his children, Tyler, Jacob and Natalie McKinley; his sister Anita K. New of Albuquerque; and his friends, Les Branham and Lynda Pierce.
