He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Baldwin and Ruth A. Baldwin (Tomlinson); and his wife Donna Baldwin (Williams). He is survived by: his daughter Starr Jones of Anderson; his granddaughters, Dasha Jones and Sasha L. Deckard; his sisters, Peggy Beaver (Tim) of Noblesville, Donna Isenhower (Harold) of Arcadia and Dora Baldwin of Pendleton; his siblings, Sandra Bonisa, Sharon Neuhausel and Garold; and also Numerous. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
