Georgia Lee Mitchell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Lee Mitchell of Pendleton, Indiana, born in Monterey, Tennessee, who passed away on December 1, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Phillips and Jasper Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Wilma Swackhamer (Doug), Roy "Mike" Melton (Sheila), Ray Melton (Brenda), Greg Melton (Sharon) and Wayne Poor; and her sisters, Nancy Turner, Thelma Buckner and Shirley Whitaker. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in Georgia's honor.
