He is survived by: his parents, Keith Gaskill and Letha Gaskill (Ashburn) of Pendleton; his brother Connor Gaskill; his nephew Major Gaskill; and his grandparents, Frederick, Joyce Gaskill of Pendleton, Roger and Susie Ashburn of Yuma, Arizona. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to a scholarship fund to be established with the South Madison Community Foundation in Garet's name for students pursuing Spanish studies.
