We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Elizabeth A. Carey (Pendleton, Indiana), born in Clarksville, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Grimes and Edith Grimes (Salsbury); her husband Jack L. Carey; her son Kevin Carey; her granddaughter Kymberli Carey; her siblings, Melvin Grimes and Pat Collums (Forrest); her close friend Jim Shively; and her significant other Yorkshire Benji.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Carey (Leettia) of Pendleton, Cathy Rogers (Richard) of Largo, Jean Sloan (Mike) of Mansfield and John Carey (Cathy) of Pendleton; her daughter-in-law Jan Butler (Dave) of Pendleton; her sister Lulabelle Kincade (Larry) of Cicero; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Grimes of Athens, Greece and Barbara Davis of Riverwood. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; several special nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Coach Carey Foundation.
