He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurthur C. J. Brickel MD and Ethel Dindia; his siblings, Bridgett Coughlin, Aurthur C. Brickel MD and Alfred J. Brickel; and his daughter Molly V. Brickel.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Ann Brickel; his children, Jennifer Brickel, Stella Hardy (Tom), Elizabeth Polley (Evan) and Alexander Brickel (Breann); his grandchildren, Simon Brickel, Maxwell Brazys, Parker Brickel, Thea Hardy and Ona Polley; and his brother Neil J. Brickel MD.
