He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl B. Williams Sr. and Elva June Williams (Pyles); his siblings, Sonny Williams, Alice "Susie" Hamlin and Delores Mercer; and his nephew Tony Hamlin.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Williams (Riley) of Pendleton; his children, Donna Nail (Michelle) of Port Charlotte and Kevin Williams; his grandchildren, Cody Dickerson (Lindsey), Cecil Mulder Williams (Meridian Broussard), Alexander Blazer Williams (Elaine), Rowan Taylor Williams, Donovan "Donnie" E. Williams and Dalila Butler; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
