He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shirley and Donna Shirley; and his siblings, Rhonda Brashear and Clifton "Junior" Shirley. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Shirley; his children, Kim Rice (Randy), Mark Shirley (Beth) and Gina Shirley (Carlos Guimet); his siblings, William Shirley (Teresa) and Mary Silvey (late Ronald); and his grandchildren, Jason Rice and Jaeden Shirley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
