He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wallace and Myrtle Wallace; and his brother Pat Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Lee); his children, Shelly Teams (Brad), John Wallace (Lezlie) and Christine (Steve); and his brother Phil Wallace (Colene).
