She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bagshaw and Rosalyn Bagshaw (Jeune). She is survived by: her husband James I. Phillips; her son Shawn A. Phillips (Ashley N. Stephens); her grandchildren, Jailyne and Cain; and her siblings, Larry Anderson, Rick Anderson, Sharon Biddle and Linda Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
