We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2020, at the age of 77, Dayton Highers of Pendleton, Indiana, born in Norene, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Highers and Daisey Highers (Hall); and his brothers, Teamon Highers and Paul Highers. He is survived by: his wife Su Ann Highers; his son Jeffrey Highers; his daughter-in-law Jennifer A. Highers; his daughter Jennifer Lee Woods (Highers); his stepdaughter Theresa Moodie-Banks; his stepson-in-law Greg Banks; his sister Claudine Massey; and his grandchildren, Sara Highers, Cedric Highers, Austin Woods and Trevor Woods. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
