She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. McGill and Florence McGill (Cook); her grandmother Carolyn Shryock; her husband Larry Hexamer of Mary's Catholic Church; her sisters, Janet Killian and Nomie Williams; her great-niece Amanda Osborne; and her granddaughter Rachel Lakes.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Lakes (Michael) and Jay Hexamer (Marta); her grandchildren, Jennifer Meyer (Andy), Benjamin Hexamer and Eleanor Hexamer; her great grandchildren, Jacob Meyer and Isaiah Meyer; her nieces and nephews, Kelly Fraser (Rob) and Shawn Williams; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Williams and Tim Hexamer (Denise).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel (515 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (1115 Pearl St, Anderson, IN 46016). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Huntsville Cemetery (2713 Huntsville Rd, Pendleton, IN 46064).
