He was predeceased by: his parents, Rugal Skaggs and Betty Skaggs (Graham); his brothers, JC, Eddie, David and Fred; his daughter Veronica Sue; his grandsons, Ronnie Cole and Timmy; and his great grandchild Ansleigh.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Skaggs; his children, Terri, Donna, Donald and Gary Lee; his nieces, Brenda and Rhonda; and his nephew David. He is also survived by 13 grandkids.
