He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Dale and Marietta A. Miller (Patterson); and his siblings, Marvin, Marvetta Lillian Lohrey, Fredrick, Everett, Donald, Jerry, Larry and Madeline Miller (Taylor).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi O'Neal (Chris) of Shongaloo, Toni Bailey of Middletown, Ind and Robin Krathwohl (Wilson); his stepsons, Michael Hamm (Motoko) and David Hamm (Jodi); his grandchildren, Kristin Saddler, Bree Berridge, Kara O'Neal, Kayla O'Neal, Luke Hamm, Dylan Hamm, Sage Hamm and SaiAnn Hamm; and his great grandchildren, Azalee, Carlos, Ruthielynn and Westlyn.
