Chase Jr. of Pendleton, Indiana, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Arthur; his wife Jaqueline Chase; and his son Lawrence J. Chase. He is survived by: his son Mony Chase of Middletown; and his sister Sandra Christman (Donald). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
