He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Punch; and his former wife Maria Minton. He is survived by: his mother Betty Punch (Starr); his daughters, Suzanne Punch and Erika Punch; and his siblings, Danny Punch (Orpha), David Punch, James Punch (Kim), Angela Punch, Wanda Punch and Sarah Vaughn (Doug). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
