Hibbs Motsinger of Salem; her husband Karl "Butch" Smith; her children, Joseph K. Smith (Beverly) of Pekin, Amie L. Whittle (David) of Memphis and Ashlie D. Padgett (Timothy Ryan) of Sellersburg; and her sisters, Julie Cook of Pekin, Kristi Nash of Salem and Tracey Harris of Milltown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
