He is survived by: his wife Theresa Clark of Pekin; his daughter Dawn Renee Bryant (Mike) of Louisville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Marshall Eugene Clark of Louisville, Kentucky and Sue Murphy of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
