He was predeceased by: his parents, Samp Hall, Sr. and Minerva Webb Hall; his son Tim Greg Hall; and his grandson Mark Hall. He is survived by: his children, Luther Hall (Mona) of Pekin, Linda Pennington (Ronnie) of Salem, Dianna Norris (late Jay) of Salem, Shanda Barnabee (Jim) of Henderson, Marsha Miller (Brad) of Corydon and Barbara Morris (Jerry) of Starlight; his sister Mildred Collier of Virginia; and his daughter-in-law Tina Hall. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 17 great-great grandchildren.
