He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Burns and Mary King Burns of Thursday; his grandparents, Kenneth, Frances King of Salem, John and Ada Burns of Scottsburg; and his niece Gabrielle Leah Lainhart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Calhoun (Burgess) of Salem, Sierra Collins (Dennis) of Salem, Scott Burns (Teresa) of Salem, Shelley Fultz (Melvin) of Salem, David Burns of Salem and Steven Burns (Brittany Leigh) of Salem.
