She is survived by: her children, Eric Goad of Salem and Teresa Fore (Larry) of Pekin; and her siblings, William Bartram of Olathe, CO and Janet Douglas of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
