She is survived by: her children, Scott Applegate (Kim) of Pekin and Marijane Crofford of Jeffersonville; her daughter-in-law Ann Applegate of Palmyra; her siblings, Diana Givans of New Albany and Bobby Beasley (Martha) of Salem; her grandchildren, Dustin Fleenor (Kristi), Nicholas Applegate (Mariah), Kori Jo Applegate, Kentrell Applegate (Alex), Samantha Applegate, Andrew Applegate and Keenan Shanks; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Fleenor, Glen Applegate, Hansley Applegate, Kane Shanks, Malayna Lamb, Jameson Lamb, Harrison Applegate, Ruger Woods and Cheyenne Woods.
