He is survived by: his mother Linda Denning of Hanover; his wife Terri Howell Denning; his children, Adam Denning of Madison, Chris Denning of Madison, Cecil Denning of Madison, Aaron Spencer of Milltown and Morgan Galbreath of Palmyra; and his brother Jim Denning of Hanover.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Weathers Funeral Home (106 S Shelby St, Salem, IN 47167). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
