It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Whitlow of Pekin, Indiana, born in Union, New Jersey, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Merfert and Barbara Merfert (Stecher). She is survived by: her husband Eddie G. Whitlow; her children, Paul Vernal Whitlow, Kyle Anthony Whitlow and Jessica Renee Phillips; and her siblings, Walter Merfert, Tom Merfert and Debra Merfert-Lilley. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grand children.
