He is survived by: his wife Sharon Loy Ruckman of Pekin; and his children, John Monroe Ruckman III of Kokomo, James Monroe Ruckman of Kokomo, Joseph Monroe Ruckman of Kokomo, Jack Monroe Ruckman of Pekin, Kitty Lee Grangier of Pekin, Alice Martin of Kokomo and Tina Crady of Pekin. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
