He is survived by: his parents, Luchin Farley and Phyllis Farley (Pennington) of Berea, Kentucky; his spouse Glinda G. Farley (Snook); his children, Adam Farley (Nikki) of Pekin and Shawnda Richardson (Brent) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his siblings, Michael Farley of Wilmore, Glen Farley of Berea, Kentucky and Peggy Bender of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, John Parker, Scarlett Richardson, Hayden and Abigail Farley.
