She was predeceased by: her parents, E. G. "Rusty" Reeser and Beverly Reeser (Hyde); and her grandparents, E. G., Sarah Reeser, Mary and Jack Uhlrich.
She is survived by: her son Avery Kiefer; her siblings, Beth Franklin, Terry Reeser and Douglas Reeser; and her niece Sara Banks (Todd). She is also survived by two great nephews and one great niece.
The family requests that contributions in Joan's memory be made to the Louisville Humane Society.
