He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lockenour and Edith Houghland (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Sue" Lockenour (Emery); his daughters, Glenda Smith (Martin) and Tracy Lockenour-Strader (Joel Strader); his half-brother Joseph Lockenour; and his grandson Tyler Smith.
