He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Sears and Lucille Sears (Voyles); and his brother Larry Sears. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sears; his children, Mark Roy Sears (Caryn) and Robin Leigh Goodman (Richard); his sister Patty Roberts; his grandchildren, Jacob Sears (Erin), India Heady and Justice Sears; and his great grandchild Macon Sears.
