He is survived by: his wife Penny Marie Barker (Wilson); his daughter Valerie Barker Barnes (Luke); and his sisters, Sandy Taylor (Steve) and Linda Dornbush (Michael). He is also survived by 6 Nephews, 10 nieces, and several great nieces.
