He is survived by: his wife Billie Marshall; his children, Melissa Sue Pennington, Loyd Ray Jacobs, Michael Chad Jacobs and Chantel Charley; his sister Carolyn Russell; his grandchildren, Deanna Hammond, Baylee Jacobs, Kylea Jacobs, Michael Jacobs, Matthew Jacobs, Paxtin Mitchell and Charlie Pennington; and his great grandchildren, Liam Hammond, Adeline Hammond, Miracleigh Jacobs, Miguelee Jacobs, Nealijah Jacobs, Adaline Jacobs, Harley Jacobs and Bryson Jacobs.
