He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Burton and Hattie Burton; and his siblings, Ernest Burton Jr., Everett Burton and Ruby Jo Burton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Burton (Carolyn) of Columbia and Carol Jordon (Robert) of New Albany.
