With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Earl Hite of Patriot, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Lee Hite (Dixon) and James Earl Hite; and his siblings, Jonathon Hite, Carl Hite, Bernard Hite, Charlie Hite, Kenny Hite, Jim "Sunny Boy" Hite, Bessie Hite, Adeline Burns and Doris Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Hite (Gould) of Patriot, IN; his children, Gina Fette (Greg) of Manchester, IN, Connie Hite of Florence, IN and Joey Hite (Gwen) of Patriot, IN; his grandchildren, Amanda Gipson, Amy McDonald (Wes), Ashley Rose (Brandon), Travis Scudder (Andrea), Kristyn Yelton (Skyler), Trenton Scudder, Nikki, Joseph Hite and Whitney; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Ella, Waylon, William, Brooks, Sophia, Wyatt and Jolienne; and his siblings, Cathy Darbo of Madison, IN, Bonnie Hite of Vevay, IN, Stevie Hite of Patriot, IN, Jackie Hite (Doreen) of Madison, IN and Danny Hite (Tammy) of Madison, IN.. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
